What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the line during service with confidence and urgency
- Ensure consistency, quality, and execution of all dishes
- Train and mentor line cooks, fostering a positive and accountable team culture
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist with prep, ordering, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
- Work closely with management to uphold kitchen standards and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of line cook experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of cooking fundamentals and kitchen systems
- Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure
- A team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for seasonal, California-inspired cuisine
- Reliability, professionalism, and a desire to grow
