Located in the heart of the Lower East Side, Tigre is a new and distinctly downtown cocktail bar and lounge from Premiere Enterprises, and we are building a kitchen team to match.
We are seeking a Line Cook who thrives where precision meets energy — someone who takes pride in the details, holds their station to a high standard, and understands that great food, like great atmosphere, is never accidental.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and station maintenance
- Willingness to learn and expand culinary knowledge and technique
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork
- Weekend and holiday availability required
