We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our well-established Jewish deli. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a loyal customer base, where quality, consistency, and exceptional service are paramount.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all front and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with regular guests.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team performance.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet established standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and ownership on menu execution and daily specials.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (high-volume experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of deli-style service and Jewish cuisine is a plus but not required.
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $100,000.00)
