Job Details

Leadership team member wanted! We are a small 25 seat restaurant with a healthy amount of on site and off site catering. We are looking for someone who can come in for evening Dinner shifts and Weekend Lunch and Dinner shifts to manage our team. Some of tasks include but not limited to.
Making cocktails
Managing inventory
Buying alcohol and managing sales
Upselling our Wood Fired fare and alcohol
Dealing with cash/closing
Making sure team members follow checklists
Making sure employees arrive and depart at correct times
Living the MPP motto of "The other Fellow First"

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $600.00
