Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee staff, operations and events of an upscale dining restaurant. Responsibilities include developing a positive brand image through consistent, elevated customer service, supervising employees and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful, team leader and a confident decision-maker. With professionalism and a positive attitude, you will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurants, as well as the long-term success of our employees.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for ownership
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)

Skills

  • Proven experience or similar executive role (minimum 5 years experience in management)
  • Applicants must possess strong Italian food and wine knowledge.
  • Adept at planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of restaurant business process and functions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BS/BA in Business or Hospitality Management is a plus

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00)
