As a General Manager, you are the heartbeat of your restaurant. You set the tone, build the team, and bring the Pupatella experience to life.
What You’ll Do:
Lead People (your #1 priority)

Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Managers and Associates

Train and mentor new Managers, guiding them through their first year with consistent, thoughtful feedback

Run a Tight Operation

Own your numbers: labor, cost of goods, inventory, and sales performance

Ensure systems are in place for inventory, ordering, and cash handling

Execute training programs and keep materials fresh and relevant

Uphold all policies, safety standards, and best practices
