LINE COOK & PREP
We are a structured, detail-oriented kitchen focused on consistency, quality, and strong systems. We’re looking for a reliable Line Cook who takes pride in precision and is comfortable working independently.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility over prep and dinner and brunch station.
What You’ll Do
- Execute daily prep for dinner service (sauces, pasta, proteins, vegetables)
- Complete prep lists independently and efficiently
- Maintain consistency in flavor, portioning, and quality
- Follow and respect established recipes and kitchen systems
- Properly label, date, and store all products (FIFO)
- Organize and maintain clean refrigeration and dry storage
Brunch & Dinner Service Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the brunch and Dinner station
- Cook and plate dishes
- Maintain clean and consistent presentation
- Manage ticket flow and work efficiently under pressure
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion control
- Clean and break down station after service
Additional Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries and check quality and quantities
- Communicate low inventory or shortages
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Complete opening and closing cleaning tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of prep or line cook experience
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and stay focused
- Punctual, dependable, and consistent
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
