Great opportunity to work with one of the best wine lists in NYC with over 3,500 offerings and verticals of Bordeaux, Burgundy & Domestic wines going back to 1945. We are looking for 5 days based in the wine program of our group. You would work directly with the corporate wine director and fellow somm team to encourage a positive wine experience for the guest
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of Sommelier/Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, upscale, fast-paced restaurant
- Ability to learn and train others
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Must be available weekends & late nights
- Knowledge of Old World Wines
