Le Dive, located in the Lower East Side, is a tabac-inspired bar serving natural wine, perfect martinis, and small bistro plates, with charming indoor & outdoor seating and a fun, high-energy atmosphere.

The venue is operated by Golden Age Hospitality — the group behind Bar Bianchi, The Happiest Hour, The Nines, and Deux Chats.

We are currently seeking Food Runners & Bussers to join our team.

Food Runners

Ideal candidates have experience running food in a fast-paced restaurant environment and a strong understanding of service flow. You should be confident navigating a busy dining room, communicating clearly with both kitchen and front-of-house teams, and delivering dishes with accuracy and urgency.

Bussers

Candidates should have prior experience supporting service in a high-volume setting. You play a key role in maintaining the rhythm of the dining room by resetting tables quickly, assisting servers, and ensuring the space stays clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Familiarity with a 3-plate carry and/or tray service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional and polished appearance
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to move with intention
• Genuine hospitality mindset with the ability to engage and connect with guests
