Fouquet’s New York is hiring a highly skilled and experienced seasonal bartender with a passion for mixology to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of craft cocktails, extensive experience in a similar upscale establishment, and a strong ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include creating and executing innovative and unique cocktail menus, maintaining a well-stocked bar, and ensuring the highest level of quality and presentation in drink preparation. The successful candidate should demonstrate expertise in various mixology techniques, possess a deep understanding of flavor profiles, and have a keen eye for detail.
In addition to technical skills, the bartender should excel in interpersonal communication, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests. Strong multitasking abilities, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to work efficiently within a team are essential.

Other Duties:
- Ensure the current health and safety regulations (clothing, personal hygiene) are followed
- Provide high-quality bar service
- Ensure the equipment is used as intended to make sure it lasts
- Make drinks according to the technical sheets prepared by your manager
- Store the various items and/or goods according to the applicable organization guidelines
- Ensure the working area is kept clean (glassware, presentation bottles, furniture, etc.)
- Set up the bar (menus, point-of-sale advertising, posters, etc.)
- Take delivery of products and store them (drinks, consumables, etc.)
- Monitor stock levels, identify supply needs, and place orders
- Validate and check bills and receipts
- Advise customers on their choice of drink or make cocktails as requested
- Guarantee customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate would have:
- A strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and food
- The ability to work quickly and provide exceptional guest service
- A friendly, outgoing personality, with a genuine desire to provide warm hospitality to guests
- TIPS certification
- At least 5 years of bartending experience
