We are looking for bartenders who are excited about craft, but who understand that great hospitality always comes first.
Responsibilities
-Prepare and execute cocktails with precision and consistency
-Provide warm, engaging hospitality to all guests at the bar and on the floor
-Maintain deep knowledge of the cocktail menu, spirits, amari, and wine program
-Assist with bar prep, batching, garnish prep, and service setup
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout service
-Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of service and professionalism
-Participate in ongoing menu education and beverage training
Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a craft cocktail or high-volume bar
-Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
-Interest in amari, wine, and Mediterranean flavors preferred
-Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with a strong sense of urgency
-Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
-Weekend and evening availability required
