St. James Modern Caribbean is seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our award-winning culinary team in Washington, DC. We celebrate bold Caribbean flavors and modern technique in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in high-volume kitchens and strong organizational and technical skills.

Responsibilities include station leadership, maintaining food quality, safety, and presentation standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craft, culture, and teamwork.
