Key Responsibilities
• Craft Outstanding Cocktails – Execute and innovate Latin & South American-inspired cocktails with precision, balance, and creativity.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality – Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a warm, high-energy bar experience.
• Maintain Efficiency & Speed – Work cleanly, quickly, and efficiently in a high-volume setting while keeping drinks consistent.
• Spirits & Ingredients Knowledge – Develop a deep understanding of agave, rum, cachaça, and other Latin spirits to elevate the guest experience.
• Stock & Prep Management – Ensure the bar is always prepped, stocked, and organized, from batching to inventory control.
• Compliance & Cleanliness – Follow all health, safety, and liquor laws, keeping a clean and professional work environment at all times.
What You Bring
• Passion for Craft Cocktails & Hospitality – A genuine love for mixology, spirits, and creating great guest experiences.
• Experience Behind the Bar – Minimum 1 year as a bartender in a fast-paced, craft cocktail or high-volume setting.
• Speed & Attention to Detail – Ability to work quickly without sacrificing drink quality or guest experience.
• Strong Communication & Teamwork – Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy bar team.
• Bilingual Preferred – Spanish is a plus but not required.

Compensation: Hourly ($30.00) plus tips
