Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Rooftop Lounge Floor Manager to lead operations in a high-energy, luxury hospitality environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on manager who thrives in fast-paced nightlife settings and is passionate about delivering elevated guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all floor operations during service, ensuring seamless guest experience

Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members to maintain high service standards

Manage table flow, reservations, and guest relations in a high-volume environment

Act as primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally

Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and security teams to ensure smooth operations

Monitor staff performance, appearance, and adherence to company standards

Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting

Maintain a strong presence on the floor, especially during peak hours
Requirements

2+ years of management experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, or nightlife venue

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment

Deep understanding of hospitality and luxury service standards

Flexible availability is required, including weekends, holidays, and late nights
Schedule Expectations
This role requires full flexibility. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night closing shifts, which may extend until 2:00 AM – 4:00 AM depending on business needs.
