Laughing Man Coffee is a well-loved, community-focused café in the Westhampton area of Eastern Long Island (Suffolk County, NY). We're hiring a Barista / Manager who leads with hospitality and takes real ownership of daily operations.

You're a great fit if you have:

• A genuinely warm personality and strong customer service instincts
• Store or shift management experience
• The ability to open/close and run daily operations independently
• A love for people — coffee experience is a bonus, not a requirement

What to expect: A hands-on role working directly with ownership, leading shifts, managing the floor, and ensuring every guest feels welcome. No corporate layers. Real responsibility. Room to grow.
