Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to outstanding service
• Manage reservations and waitlists using Resy and Toast to optimize seating flow
• Coordinate seating arrangements with the dining staff to ensure smooth service and minimal wait times
• Answer guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and menu options
• Maintain a clean, organized host station and assist in managing guest flow during busy periods
• Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and management to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills to foster loyalty and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host or in a similar host/hostess role within food service or restaurant environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a lively setting
• Familiarity with Resy and Toast
• Experience working in hospitality settings is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities are essential for success in this role
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
• Prior experience in serving or food service roles is beneficial but not required
