COME TO OUR OPEN CALL THURSDAY, APRIL 2 FROM 1PM-3PM AT 335 COLUMBUS
The Mermaid Inn is looking for an experienced Maitre D to join our team.
Responsibilities include

Welcoming guests upon their arrival and escorting them to their tables
Managing the reservations book to maximize potential
Managing reservations and handling any special requests or dietary needs of the guests
Supervising the service team to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction
Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the host stand
Providing guests with information about the restaurant, answering their questions, and offering recommendations
Uphold company standards of hospitality at all times

Experience with Opentable required. Only resumes with strong Maitre D experience will be considered.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $23.00) plus tips
