Floor Manager

Hello Hello is a high-dive bar known for its live DJ's, innovative drinks, exceptional service, and lively atmosphere. We pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests and fostering a dynamic team environment. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to help lead our operations.

Job Overview: The Floor Manager will be 3 days a week and will oversee aspects of operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for cocktails, strong business acumen, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, addressing concerns, and maintaining high service standards.
• Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring adherence to service protocols and cocktail preparation standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies to maintain optimal bar operations.
• Manage daily shift operations, including staff schedules, workflow, and coverage during peak hours.
• Monitor the quality of beverages and service, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices and safe alcohol service.

• Train staff on beverage knowledge, preparation techniques, and upselling strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management and/or beverage manager role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
