What You’ll Be Doing
• Command the Station: Own your assigned station (Sauté, Grill, Salad) from prep to breakdown.
• Precision Execution: Follow recipes and presentation specs with total consistency. We want our guests to get the same incredible meal every time.
• The "Mise" Mindset: Keep your station organized, stocked, and sanitized. A clean station is a fast station.
• Communicate: Work in lockstep with the Chef and FOH to ensure tickets move smoothly and modifications are handled without a hitch.
• Stay Sharp: Adhere to all food safety and health regulations—no exceptions.
What You Bring to the Table
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Stamina: You’re comfortable being on your feet for long shifts and can handle the heat (literally).
• Skill: Solid knife skills and a fundamental understanding of cooking techniques (braising, searing, emulsifying).
• Reliability: You show up on time and ready to go. Our team relies on you.
• Attitude: You take feedback well and stay calm when the printer starts screaming.
