We believe in the power of providing unforgettable experiences with our dining and events programs and are currently looking for an Assistant Daytime Manager.
The role is responsible for guest booking & communication, events coordination and general office management weekdays, with weekend management of active service during brunch, reporting directly to the general manager.
Ideal for candidates with experience in reservations, scheduling, or guest facing roles that execute events, looking to expand their skills towards restaurant and event management.
Immediate consideration given to candidates with the following qualities:
- Minimum 1-year experience in high volume restaurant or hotel environment. Candidates with upscale NYC or luxury dining experience given priority.
- Strong working knowledge of reservations platforms such as Resy, Open Table, Preno, Opera, Tripleseat, Sevenrooms or similar hospitality based reservations and events applications.
- Candidates must be excellent communicators, both written and verbal - in person & virtual
- Microsoft Office and Google applications used every day. Basic working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
This is a hourly position with a set 9:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule, including weekends.
We are only looking for local to NYC Metro candidates with open availability through 2026 at this time
