General Manager — Tria (Philadelphia)
Tria is Philadelphia’s original casual wine bar, helping shape the city’s wine scene since 2004 while keeping it fun and approachable.
We focus on thoughtfully curated wine, cheese, cocktails, and simple, high-quality food—served in a space where conversation is part of the experience.
We’re looking for a General Manager to lead the restaurant, develop the team, and drive the business forward.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on the floor, sets the tone for hospitality, and takes ownership of both culture and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience
- Hire, train, and develop a strong, engaged team
- Uphold Tria’s service style: knowledgeable, warm, and unpretentious
- Manage scheduling, labor, and financial performance
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Partner with ownership and the wine director on programming and initiatives
- Create a positive, accountable, and professional work environment
