Line Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Japanese menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized cooking station
- Assist sushi chefs/kitchen team as needed
- Ensure consistency, portion accuracy, and timely execution during busy shifts
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support prep work and end-of-day cleaning tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior line cook experience preferred (Japanese cuisine experience is a plus)
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00) plus tips
