POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Partner delivers warm, accurate, and efficient guest service aligned with the spirit of Omotenashi.
This role executes essential front-of-house service tasks including greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining table care, and processing payments. Service Partners contribute to a smooth service flow by maintaining strong teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail while continuously building hospitality skills through training and coaching.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Service Execution
• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confirm details with guests
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining service sequence standards
• Maintain attentive table care throughout the dining experience
• Coordinate timing and pacing with Kitchen, Pizza, Bar, and Host teams
• Support table resetting and dining area readiness
Service Preparation & Side Work
• Prepare service stations and maintain organized, well-stocked side stands
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and shift handovers
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service tools, and workstations
Teamwork & Communication
• Work cooperatively with team members during busy service periods
• Participate in daily briefings and service updates
• Communicate guest requests or special needs clearly to the team
• Support new team members when assigned simple tasks
Order Accuracy & Payment Handling
• Record modifiers and allergen information correctly
• Input orders into the POS system accurately
• Present checks and process payments according to company procedures
• Follow authorization guidelines for bill adjustments and discounts
Compliance & Brand Standards
• Maintain professional grooming and uniform standards
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Protect guest privacy and payment information
• Report incidents or operational issues to supervisors promptly
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Hospitality or food service training is a plus.
Experience
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong service mindset are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION
Hourly Wage Range: USD 17 – 18 per hour plus tips
(Before opening, 22USD under training period, not apply TIP)
Start working : 15th JUNE
This range represents the good-faith compensation estimate at the time of posting in accordance with New York City salary transparency requirements. Final compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
Overtime is paid in accordance with federal and New York State law.
