Bixi Beer is an Asian Brewpub run by Chef Bo Fowler, a James Beard Semifinalist. The ideal Host candidate would have experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant with the ability to adapt based on the flow and guest needs. We are looking for passionate person who is also kind by nature!
Candidate must be patient and able to think quickly and logically to optimize guest experience and pacing. You must be reliable and timely. The position pays on the average of 22/hr with tips.
We are also willing to train the right candidate if you do not have previous hosting experience.
Please note we do have 2 floors, using the stairs multiple times every shift is a REQUIREMENT for this job. We do not allow guests to seat themselves. Occasional heavy lifting of chairs/tables. We are a team that works together!
We are currently seeking a PT Brunch Host Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:45 to 4:00 pm, with potential for adding more shifts as we enter the busier patio season.
