Job Details

Estia Philadelphia is looking for a reliable and motivated Key Holder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do:

Open and/or close the restaurant as needed
Support daily operations and ensure smooth service flow
Assist managers with floor supervision and team support
Handle guest concerns and provide excellent customer service
Maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and organization
Work closely with both FOH and BOH teams

What We’re Looking For:

Previous restaurant experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
