Line Cook
The "engine" of our kitchen. You’ll be responsible for executing recipes with precision and speed during our busiest rushes.

Prep Cook
The foundation of every great meal. You’ll ensure our stations are stocked and ingredients are handled with care.
- Key Skills: Strong knife skills, following technical recipes, and organization.
- Best for: Methodical workers who enjoy setting the team up for success.
Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter
The backbone of the operation. Without you, everything stops. You’ll maintain the flow of clean equipment and keep our space safe and sanitary.
- Key Skills: Efficiency, physical stamina, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Best for: Hard workers who want to learn how a professional kitchen operates from the ground up.

Requirements
- A strong work ethic and a "team-first" mentality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe is a plus!).
- Availability for Evenings/Weekends/Holidays.
