District Larder Company  is looking for dedicated, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our Back of House (BOH) team. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or looking to get your foot in the door, we have a spot for you.

Line Cook

The "engine" of our kitchen. You’ll be responsible for executing recipes with precision and speed during our busiest rushes.

  • Key Skills: Grill/Saute experience, timing, and composure under pressure.
  • Best for: Experienced cooks who love the "adrenaline" of a busy service.
Prep Cook

The foundation of every great meal. You’ll ensure our stations are stocked and ingredients are handled with care.

  • Key Skills: Strong knife skills, following technical recipes, and organization.
  • Best for: Methodical workers who enjoy setting the team up for success.
Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter

The backbone of the operation. Without you, everything stops. You’ll maintain the flow of clean equipment and keep our space safe and sanitary.

  • Key Skills: Efficiency, physical stamina, and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Best for: Hard workers who want to learn how a professional kitchen operates from the ground up.

Requirements
  • A strong work ethic and a "team-first" mentality.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe is a plus!).
  • Availability for Evenings/Weekends/Holidays.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $23.00)
