Position Summary
We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven server. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, deliver polished and attentive service, and are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Servers at Boobliq Bagel Bistro are expected to lead their sections with confidence, maintain strong menu knowledge, and provide seamless, high-level service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service throughout the guest experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, beverage, and daily specials
- Execute steps of service with consistency and attention to detail
- Accurately input orders and manage tables using Toast POS
- Maintain awareness of table timing, pacing, and overall dining room flow
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Collaborate with support staff and management to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
