The Role
Hands-on Kitchen Manager overseeing daily BOH operations. You’ll lead service, manage prep and systems, and ensure every order is consistent, complete, and executed with speed.
What You’ll Do
- Lead BOH operations (prep, production, service)
- Be present during peak service (9am–1pm) and support the team on the floor
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and execution standards
- Enforce DOH compliance, food safety, and cleanliness
- Train, mentor, and hold the kitchen team accountable
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and receiving across locations
- Ensure kitchens are organized, efficient, and fully set up for service
- Identify and resolve operational issues in real time
- Build systems that improve consistency and can scale across locations
- Work directly and oversee kitchen leads
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years BOH leadership (high-volume preferred)
- Multi-location experience is a plus
- Highly organized + detail-driven
- Calm under pressure
- Strong team leader (people respect you)
- Takes pride in running a tight kitchen

Compensation
$75,000–$90,000 depending on experience
