At District Larder Company, we believe the best sandwich in town is nothing without the best hospitality to go with it. We are looking for high-energy, versatile hospitality pros to join our Front of House team. Whether you’re a "Pivot Pro" who can handle a slicer and a tap handle, or a "Hustler" who keeps the engine running, we have a spot for you.
Position 1: The Hybrid Specialist (Deli / Bar / Server)
Pay: $15–$18/hour base + Tips This is our "quarterback" role. You are the face of the counter and the hands behind the bar.

The Deli: Master the commercial slicer and build our signature sandwiches with precision.

The Bar & Dining Room: Step behind the bar to pour craft beer, wine, and basic cocktails while welcoming our neighbors into our living room to unwind!

Thursday – Saturday Evenings: Experience elevated service as our Chef de Cuisine curates a special evening menu for our intimate dining room, separate from our standard deli fare.

Saturday & Sunday Mornings: Join the energy of our All-American Brunch, where we run a full brunch service alongside our bustling deli counter.

The Skillset: You need at least 1 year of food prep/deli experience and basic bartending or server experience. You’re a pro at switching gears when the rush hits.
Position 2: Hospitality Support (Barback & Runner)
Pay: $10–$15/hour base + Tip Share This is the "backbone" of the operation. You make sure the Specialists never run out of what they need.

The Flow: Run food to tables, clear plates, and keep the dining room spotless.

The Barback: Change kegs, haul ice, and keep the glassware sparkling and stocked.

The Skillset: You’re a fast mover who notices a dirty table or an empty ice bin before anyone has to tell you. Great entry-level spot with a path to become a Specialist!
