We offer paid vacation, paid paternity/maternity leave, health care benefits, opportunities for promotions to other positions within our restaurants, and continuing education reimbursement/travel. Hosts start between $13-15 per hour and are eligible to participate in the tip pool which will increase the total compensation to approximately $17-20 per hour.
