We are looking for a reliable and skilled Line Cook who can perform in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency on every plate.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Malbec Grill standards
• Work specific stations (grill, sauté, fry, prep)
• Ensure ticket times and food consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at all times
• Follow recipes and plating standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team and expo
• Assist with prep and stocking before and during shifts

• 1–3+ years as a line cook in a restaurant
• Experience in high-volume kitchens preferred
• Steakhouse or grill experience is a BIG plus 🔥

• Ability to work under pressure and keep up with volume
• Strong sense of urgency and timing
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Team player with good communication

• Reliable and punctual
• Clean and organized
• Takes direction well and learns fast
• Can handle busy nights without slowing down

• Experience cooking steaks (temps, grill control)
• Scratch kitchen experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
