The Role

We are seeking a Senior Event Sales Manager who is both commercially driven and deeply passionate about hospitality. This individual will lead the sales and orchestration of bespoke events, building meaningful client relationships while delivering exceptional, detail-driven experiences from concept to execution.
This role is ideal for a polished, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a luxury, design-led environment and understands how to translate a client’s vision into something truly memorable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all event clients, delivering a seamless and highly personalized experience.
- Build long-term relationships with high-value and repeat clients.
- Lead site visits, tastings, and consultations with confidence and creativity.
- Anticipate client needs and elevate each interaction with bespoke touches.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive event revenue through strategic prospecting, conversion, and upselling.
- Craft tailored proposals aligned with client vision and hotel offering.
- Negotiate contracts with a strong commercial mindset.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
Event Leadership & Execution
- Oversee the full lifecycle of events with precision.
- Collaborate with Event Operations, F&B, Culinary, and Rooms teams.
- Lead internal BEO meetings and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Be present for key events as a senior point of contact.
Innovation & Product Development
- Partner with culinary and F&B teams to develop distinctive concepts.
- Contribute to evolving event packages and offerings.
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience.
Operational & Financial Excellence
- Maintain accuracy across contracts, billing, and documentation.
- Partner with Finance on invoicing and revenue capture.
- Analyze performance through reporting and insights.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively.
Culture & Collaboration

Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury event sales or coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong financial and guest experience track record.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Opera, Microsoft Office.

The base salary for this role ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 annually, with eligibility for a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
