🍣 Hiring: Host/Hostess at Jōtō | CH Distillery (West Loop)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at
Jōtō | CH Distillery. A fast paced sushi restaurant and distillery located in the heart of West Loop.

If you have a passion for hospitality and love creating a warm, welcoming first impression for guests, we’d love to meet you.

✨ Previous restaurant hosting experience is REQUIRED for this position.

• Has a positive attitude and works well in a team setting

• Greets guests with a warm, genuine smile and creates a welcoming first impression at the door

• Is punctual, dependable, and ready to learn

• Can listen well, follow direction, and stay focused during busy shifts

• Is comfortable using computers or reservation systems

• Has a basic understanding (or interest) in sushi or Japanese cuisine. Not required but helpful

• Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure
