Position Overview:
We are seeking attentive, hardworking Bussers to support our service team in delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience. As a Busser, you play a critical behind-the-scenes and guest-facing role—ensuring tables are impeccably maintained, service areas are fully stocked, and guests receive efficient, polished support throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and precisely according to restaurant standards
- Support servers by delivering water, bread, and other table items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
- Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs in a timely, unobtrusive manner
- Stock and replenish service supplies (linens, glassware, flatware, condiments)
- Assist in maintaining proper table pacing and flow of service
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
