Café Fiorello is seeking experienced Bartenders and Servers to join our team in the heart of Washington, DC. We are looking for hospitality-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do

• Deliver polished, attentive, and anticipatory service, ensuring an exceptional and memorable guest experience
• Expertly guide guests through our menu, offering thoughtful recommendations on Italian cuisine, wines, and cocktails
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation to confidently answer guest inquiries
• Work in seamless coordination with the culinary and management teams to execute a smooth and refined service
• Cultivate a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the elegance and tradition of Café Fiorello

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining restaurant environment (NYC/DC experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and classic cocktails, with a commitment to continued learning
• A genuine passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating refined and memorable guest experiences
• Professional, team-oriented mindset with a polished presence and positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
