LE VEAU D'OR, the newly re-opened French Bistro from chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our team with Pastry Chef Michelle Palazzo. The ideal candidate displays an excitement for food and hospitality. As a critical member of the culinary team, a successful Pm Pastry cook will prioritize positivity, passion, and flexibility. This is a great opportunity to be a part of small energetic, seasoned and diverse team that is committed to creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace to learn, collaborate and grow.
Ideal Candidate
-Working knowledge and passion for classic French pastry techniques
-Have experience or a desire to learn more about pastry, including plating, production, and events.
This position will focus on Production and Service plating. We are a prefix only restaurant
The ability to work fast and attention to detail is a must.
-Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
-Must be able to work Pm Service Tuesday - Saturday. This position will require production and closing service
-Ability to manage time for both production and plating in service
- Ability to work in a small team environment.
-Able to self manage

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
