Position: Part-Time Server
Rate of Pay: $20.00 + tips

Reporting to: Director of Operations
This is a multifaceted, challenging role for an experienced hospitality professional who loves food and people and wants to be a part of growing a successful business in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during pop-up
dinner events and our Apèro Hour (coming soon). The service provided will be in line with our Brand Standards while highlighting Chef Nico’s cuisine.

Key Job Duties:
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens
- Make wine recommendations
- Set up and break down dining areas before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Assist with side work (restocking supplies, polishing silverware, etc.)
- Adhere to Maison Nico’s policies and procedures
Applicant Qualifications:
- Hospitality first mindset - Consistently display expertise in Maison Nico hospitality and embody warmth and genuine interest in our guests as well as our team
- Someone who believes in and values what we do at Maison Nico
- Strong wine knowledge is a plus but not required
- Two years of restaurant dinner experience preferred, but not required
