We are a primarily outdoor venue and operate out of a large greenhouse and a brand new catering trailer with air conditioning. The kitchen team consists of the Chef de Cuisine and two cooks. Minor dishwashing responsibility is shared, as most dishes are rented.

During the Summer and Fall we have access to produce and herbs from the on-site farm. We strongly believe in education in all parts of our work, and want employment with us to be as rewarding and enriching as possible.

Experience:

• 2+ years Professional Kitchen (required)
• Catering (helpful but not required)

Job Type: 

• Seasonal (May-October)
• Full-time (30-40 hours/week)

Compensation:

• $25 / hour

Schedule:

• May - October
• Every Wednesday-Sunday, typically 5 to 9 hours per shift.
