Burger She Wrote was founded in 2021 by professional skateboarder Don “Nuge” Nguyen and restaurateur Steven Arroyo. Built on a simple idea: quality ingredients like 100% American Wagyu beef from Snake River Farms and Kings Hawaiian buns. The brand has become an LA burger staple known for it's tightly focused menu of burgers and fries.We’re looking for dependable, team-oriented Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and hospitality. We're hiring for both PM positions. We need someone that can take
Hours of Operation: 11:30am – 10:00pm / 11pm on Fri & Sat
Line Cook Responsibilities
- Execute smash burgers with consistency and speed
- Prep ingredients including onions, sauces, patties.
- Maintain a clean, organized station throughout service
- Follow food safety, labeling, and FIFO standards
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties (griddle cleaning, fryer maintenance, restocking, sanitation)
- Work collaboratively with front of house to maintain ticket flow and service times
- Support prep and production for daily service
Line Cook Qualifications
• Some prior kitchen or fast-casual experience preferred
• Ability to work on your feet and handle high-volume service
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation: Hourly ($17.50 - $18.00) plus tips
