We have fun while we work hard and take our business seriously. We have the greatest guests in the world, and we’re lucky to host this dinner party every night. Half of us swore off restaurants until we started working together. We don’t do restaurant drama or gossip. We share stories, make memories, have dinner together before service, and pitch in on a wonderfully meaningful restaurant. Oh and we make good money as a byproduct of doing everything else.
