General Manager

Butler's Flat is a busy New England-style waterfront clam shack with a loyal following, strong business, and a reputation for great lobster rolls, fried clams and local beer and wine.

We're looking for a hands-on General Manager who wants to run a restaurant like it's their own.

This is a high volume seasonal operation where the GM leads the floor, working side by side with the team during the busy summer days while maintaining a culture focused on hospitality, efficiency and great food.

What You'll Do
- Run the day to day operations of a high-volume seasonal restaurant
- Hire, train, and lead a strong team
- Lead from the floor during peak service and set the tone for hospitality
- Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Ensure consistent food quality, speed of service, and guest experience

Who You Are
- Experienced restaurant manager or GM
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership presence
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast paced environment
- Organized, accountable, and guest focused
