Papillon Bistro is currently seeking a Full-time Hostess to join our team!
We are seeking personable, confident, and highly professional individuals with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
This role is ideal for candidates who understand the importance of creating a warm, refined, and memorable first impression. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests with professionalism and grace, managing reservations and wait times with accuracy, and ensuring a smooth and sophisticated flow of service throughout the dining room. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized, with the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A polished appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences are essential.
Candidates must have a flexible schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and warmly welcome all guests upon arrival
- Answer phones and provide accurate information about the restaurant
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating flow throughout service
- Plan and execute the seating chart for the evening
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with both guests and the service team
- Help maintain an organized and positive front-of-house environment
What you will bring to us:
- Previous Host/Hostess experience in a quality restaurant preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Strong customer service mindset and patience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional in a busy environment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
