Sous Chef

A new local and sustainable seafood-focused restaurant on the waterfront in Domino Park is looking for an experienced and talented sous chef to join our opening leadership team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with beautiful, seasonal ingredients, while operating a team with hands-on, respectful leadership. 

What we are looking for:
-2+ years of experience in a high-volume, fine-casual restaurant. 
-strong knowledge of seafood preparation and seasonal cooking.
-prior restaurant opening experience a plus, but not mandatory.
-organized, reliable, calm under pressure.
