Pastry Cook - Evening Service (Dessert Plating) - Gage & Tollner
Gage & Tollner is looking for a pastry cook to join our pastry team in Downtown Brooklyn. We’re a busy, professional kitchen with a supportive team and a strong culture of collaboration and respect.
This role is primarily focused on evening dessert plating during dinner service and is best suited for cooks who enjoy working service and executing consistent, detailed plating during a busy dinner rush.

We take pride in maintaining a kitchen where people treat each other with respect and take care of their craft.
