Cleo is a new rotisserie restaurant opening in the West Village, and we’re looking for experienced Bartenders to join our opening team. Our bar program will focus on classic cocktails, a thoughtful wine list, and simple, well-made drinks that pair perfectly with our food.
We’re looking for bartenders who are confident behind the bar, provide genuine hospitality, and enjoy creating a great guest experience.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar

Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations

Take and serve bar guest orders as well as drinks for the dining room

Monitor inventory and assist with bar prep and restocking

Follow all safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications

1+ year bartending experience preferred

Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits

Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
