Cleo is a new rotisserie restaurant opening in the West Village, and we’re looking for Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team. Our menu focuses on rotisserie chicken, seasonal sides, and simple food done really well.
We’re looking for cooks who care about quality, consistency, and working as part of a tight, supportive team.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Cleo’s recipes and standards

Work stations including rotisserie, grill, sauté, and prep as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

Ensure food is prepared and plated consistently during service

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

Assist with prep and kitchen setup/breakdown
Qualifications

1+ year line cook experience preferred

Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Attention to detail and pride in your work

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
