We’re looking for a Bar Manager with a strong background in high-volume service and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead the team at one of DC's most celebrated seafood restaurants.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a skilled and motivated hospitality professional with:
✔ 1–2 years of bar management or restaurant management experience
✔ A strong foundation in craft cocktails and beverage operations
✔ A collaborative and team-oriented leadership style
✔ A track record of providing memorable guest experiences
✔ Experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills
✔ Enthusiasm for seafood, spirits, and warm, genuine hospitality

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a leadership role, brings positivity to the workplace, and is eager to grow with a dynamic and expanding restaurant group.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $77,000.00)
