Le Rock is looking for curious, self-motivated, and intuitive LINE COOKS to join our diverse kitchen team. We are a 3 star, Top 100 NYC New York Times restaurant from Chef/Owners Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr of Frenchette and L'Veau D'Or. Located in the iconic International Building at Rockefeller Center, Le Rock is a modern French Brasserie with an emphasis on ingredient driven food, all natural wine, and cordial service.

Job Requirements:
- Excitement to learn, be part of a dynamic team and drive towards excellence
- 1 year of culinary / food and beverage line position in a high-volume restaurant
- Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep
- Ability to work in a team environment and take feedback well
- Maintain safe, sanitary and organized work stations
- Lift and carry 30+ pounds
- Ability to work long hours standing, shifts will last up to 10 hours
