Bixi Beer is an Asian Brewpub run by Chef Bo Fowler, a James Beard Semi Finalist. We are an upscale casual brewpub in the Logan Square neighborhood. We are looking for a guest focused food and beverage manager to run a lovely and dedicated foh team.
Responsible for staff scheduling, delegation of job tasks, monitoring of service, coordinating with event manager for large buyouts, ordering and inventory of liquor, wine, beer.
Take control of reservations and seating of restaurant regarding service standards, initiate and maintain friendly service, greeting, and seating of guests.
Utilize Toast POS
You must be able to adapt work requirments and expectations based on environment changes.
