Flour is a handcrafted New American restaurant in the heart of Hoboken — 50 seats, an intimate open kitchen, and food made from scratch every day. We're looking for a line cook with pasta experience to be apart of our team.
What you'll do:
- Own the pasta station and execute dishes with consistency
- Work as part of a close-knit kitchen crew in an open kitchen setting
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Willing to be trained.
What we're looking for:
- Experience on the pasta station and willing to learn every station in the kitchen
- Someone local to Hoboken or the surrounding area
- Reliable, focused, and calm under pressure on busy nights. 150+ covers most nights
- Must be a team player who cares about the craft
